Join us for a creative outdoor experience where children can explore art, nature, and imagination in a calm and supportive environment. Our small group sessions allow children to enjoy nature-inspired creativity while parents relax onsite in the peaceful setting of Mono Pines Glamping. Our instructor has experience working with children with special needs, and we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where every child feels comfortable, supported, and encouraged to express their creativity. Please note: This is an outdoor art experience in nature, and unfortunately the space does not currently offer wheelchair access.

Session Groups

Group 1 – Ages 5–8
TIME:  9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Group 2 – Ages 5–12 (combined, great for siblings to create together!) 
TIME:  12:00 PM – 1:30 PM

​

Group 3 – Ages 9–12
TIME:  2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

​

Small groups (maximum 6 children per session) create a calm and supportive creative environment.

Each Session Includes

Each session is 1.5 hours and includes:

• A gentle nature walk to the art space, allowing children to observe and connect with the natural environment

• Guided, nature-inspired arts and crafts activities designed to encourage creativity and self-expression

• Creative social time with peers in a calm and supportive setting​

At the end of each session, children will take home their handmade creations as a special reminder of their time creating in nature.

 

***A parent or caregiver must remain onsite for the duration of the session.***

While children enjoy their creative time, parents are invited to relax and unwind in the peaceful setting of Mono Pines Glamping. Complimentary water, tea, coffee, or juice will be available, and parents are welcome to sit, socialize, or simply take a quiet moment to enjoy the surrounding nature.

Parents must remain available should their child need assistance with toileting or personal care. A glamping style outhouse with a compostable toilet is available onsite, along with a handwash station.

​Weather & Rain Policy

Our Arts & Craft days are a fully outdoor experience and are weather dependent.

Classes will proceed in light and comfortable weather conditions.

In the event of heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe weather, Mono Pines Glamping will contact guests by

9:00 AM on the day of the event.

If weather conditions require cancellation, guests may choose:

• A full refund, or
• Rescheduling to a future available date (subject to availability)

Weather decisions are made with guest comfort and safety in mind.

Participant Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled class will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as supplies and preparations are secured in advance.

If the event host cancels due to weather, guests will be offered a full refund or reschedule option.

Additional Details:

• One parent or caregiver must remain onsite during the session.
• Drop-off is not available.
• Please arrive on time to ensure the full experience for your group.
• Dress for outdoor conditions and the weather.

Optional Craft Kits

Additional take-home Full Hearts Creative Studio craft kits will be available for purchase on site.

$10 per kit (tax included) 

Craft kits may be pre-ordered or purchased onsite, with payment accepted by e-transfer or cash.
